Install MyStrands Windows Mobile from Your PC

1. Connect your Windows Mobile 5.0 Device to your PC and start Microsoft ActiveSync 4.0 or later version.
2. Download MyStrands Windows Mobile 5.0 Client PC Installer.
3. Run MyStrandsMobile.exe from your PC while your mobile device is connected to your PC through Microsoft ActiveSync.
4. Follow the instructions from the installer wizard. (Note that .NET Compact Framework 2.0 and SQL Server 2005 Mobile Edition are required to run MyStrands Windows Mobile Client. If they are already installed in your mobile device, you do not need to select them in the installation wizard.)

Install Individual Components to Your Mobile Device Directly

1. Open Internet Explorer from Your Windows Mobile 5.0 Device.
2. Download individual CAB files from the Main page. (Note that .NET Compact Framework 2.0 and SQL Server 2005 Mobile Edition are required to run MyStrands Windows Mobile Client. If they are already installed in your mobile device, you do not need to download them.)
3. If you have not selected "Open files after download", you will need to locate the CAB file and execute it manually. Otherwise, this will start the installation procedure upon successful download.
