Amarok plug-in

If you are a Linux user use this plug-in to capture your playcounts.

Install instructions

  1. Download Amarok plug-in here
  2. Open your Amarok application (Get Amarok here).
  3. Choose Script Manager from "Tools" menu.
  4. In "Script Manager dialog", click the Install Script button.
  5. A new file dialog appears, search for the mystrands.amarokscript.tar.gz file and select it.
  6. Click "Open", a message saying "Script Installed succesfully" should appear, accept it.
  7. Select mystrands.py from the left menu and click Start.
  8. Enter login, password and OpenStrands ID if requested in the config dialog.
  9. You can now continue using Amarok as usual. Now, what you play counts! in the MyStrands site
